It is well known that Israel used Turkish airspace in 2007 against Syrian targets. This was without the permission of Turkey and used the small bit of turkish airspace right next to the Syrian border.

As to why the Israelis did this, instead of flying right over Syria proper (instead of the mediterranean and a small chunk of Turkey) to bomb interior targets.....maybe you need to invest in a thinking cap..
You are confusing issues here. They barely grazed the airspace of Turkey after flying over Syria, and Turkey got pissed off. How does that in any way support the assertion that governments in the region would secretly support strikes on Iran but would publicly oppose it? What happened in Turkey was the western-backed secular military violating the authority of the civilian elected government, and they have since paid for it. Many generals were rounded up and are now under trial, which would have been considered unthinkable. So Turkey allowing something like that would not happen again. The Saudi's or any other arabs for that matter have no desire to see a hit on Iran, and they would never support it. That is pure fantasy. Not to mention, the Saudi public is much more hostile towards Israel than the Turks.
