"Hey, i resent that. What's wrong with F-15s!"

Not a darn thing. I still love them myself. I had the pleasure of being buzzed by some E models a while back. They flew over about 400 ft up, pointed their noses in the sky, hit burner and took off like homesick angels. I thought I was going through armageddon at first, until I knew what it was. I was close enough to hear the hydraulic pumps start, and the flaps banging closed, then the burner kicked in.

I'm surprised some of the houses here didn't lose their roofs. It was like an earthquake combined with a hurricane ( been through both before).

It was from a flyby locally where they did the missing man formation over an arena. These were the SJ birds and only had the -220E's, not even the-229's, which I'd guess are even more violent. Here's them.
