Highly unlikely to be adopted. There are all sorts of good reasons that NATO went away from 7.62mm - notably that the 7.62mm round was originally specced as about the lightest round able to kill a horse, and that is a rather obselete battlefield requirement. Getting the same lethality on humans noes not require such a big round. That lets you carry far more rounds, which in turn improves your suppressive fire capabilities.
As for forward ejection, this looks like a rip-off of the system FN use in the F2000. And I certainly know who I'd trust out of FN and a random small American company I've never heard of before to get such a system right.
