I have no doubt the Arun Vishvakarma has lot of knowledge about missiles but still it's not at all convincing. For all its pride on meaningful technical discussions, BR, at least in this case, exhibits nothing but servility to Arun. You can achieve a particular trajectory (I am sure) by changing various parameters like payload, kind of fuel (specific impulse), the amount of fuel, INS, etc. Please ask him what were these parameters that he used and then we'd know. In the first place, knowing height and time of flight (and not the trajectory itself) alone might not be sufficient to come up with his predictions. How come not a single poster asked 4130km does not compare with the minimum range expected (from the discussions and graphs in BR)? Certainly DRDO, in its critical test flight, would not have put in ~2.5 tons to achieve 3,000km range. Assuming it was ~4000km, it still requires ~2.2t. Too many questions...
