Third International AVIA-2002 Exhibition to Be Held in Moscow

The Third International AVIA-2002 Exhibition will take place from 14 through 17 May in Moscow at pavilion No. 57 of the All-Russian Exhibition Center..

The Russian Federation Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Russian Federation Ministry of Transport, the Government of Moscow, the State Civil Aviation Service of the Russian Ministry of Transport, the Russian Aviation and Space Agency, the Russia Agency for Control Systems, the Interstate Aviation Committee, the State Projects Institute and Scientific Research Institute of Civil Aviation Aehroproekt, the State Scientific and Research Institute of Civil Aviation, the State Scientific and Research Institute Aehronavigatsiya, the Aehroport GA Association, Aviatelekom, the All-Russian Exhibition Center and the VDNKh-EhKSPO exhibition and fair complex are the organizers of the exhibition.

The exhibition is being held under the patronage of the Russian Federation Government and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

Within the framework of the exhibition there will be a scientific and practical conference, "Present-day Problems and the Routes to Improving the Aviation Infrastructure."

The theme of the exhibition includes the design, construction and use of airports and air terminals, the assurance of aviation safety and flight safety, the use of aviation for special tasks and much more.
